Folkestone Funds Management has appointed Harry Horwitz-Rourke as a business development manager in its adviser distribution team. Horwitz-Rourke joins from the institutional property team at ANZ and before that he worked at Investec. In the new role he will report to newly appointed head of distribution, Michael Baker.
