Fitzpatricks appoints Manager of Advice Excellence

Rob Thomas has been appointed to the newly-created role of manager, advice excellence with Fitzpatricks, Private Wealth.

Thomas previously worked within a number of financial service companies with high profile licensee operations in Australia, including AXA/AMP, and has experience in providing strategic direction and leadership on investment, technical advice and business management issues to a large network of financial advisers.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO John Woodley said: "Rob joins at a critical juncture for our firm as we expand operations around the country. Synchronising the high standards of our core advice philosophy, as well as the delivery of the practical technical, governance and advice tools is a key task for Rob in his new role."
