Findex managing partner joins Contango board

Ken Poutakidis has joined the board of Contango Asset Management. He replaces Charles Aitken, who stepped down earlier this year.

Poutakidis is a corporate adviser and finance executive with 20 years of finance experience. He is currently the managing partner for Findex, an integrated financial advisory and accounting service based in Sydney. He is also the managing director and founder of Avenue Advisory, a boutique advisory firm providing corporate finance and capital markets advice to emerging companies.

In addition to his directorship with Contango, Poutakidis also sits on the boards of several ASX-listed companies, including Civilex.
