Financial markets veteran co-launches Surrey AM

Michael Woolhouse, with business partner, Nick Maclean, has launched Surrey Asset Management and its first offering, the Surrey Australian Equities Fund, effective 1 June 2018.

Woolhouse has over 20 years' experience working within the Australian financial markets with "a keen interest for" mid to smaller companies listed on the ASX. Prior to launching Surrey Asset Management, he was the founding manager of CCZ Statton Equities office in Melbourne, responsible for advising institutional fund managers, family offices & HNW investors of active opportunities in the small to mid-cap sector.

Woolhouse began his career with smaller company specialist boutique institutional broking & corporate advisory firm, Lodge Partners.
