Australian fixed income broker, FIIG Securities (FIIG), has announced the appointment of Mary Anne Low as a director of credit research, infrastructure and resources, effective March 2017.

Low joins from Moody's Investor Service where she was an analyst in project and infrastructure finance. Before joining Moody's in 2007, she spent three years as a research associate at Citigroup.

FIIG has also announced the appointment of John Manning as director of credit research, banks and financials.

Commenting on the new hires, FIIG head of credit strategy and research, Mark Bayley, said: "John joins FIIG with extensive experience in credit research with some of the country's leading investment houses, while Mary Anne was previously with one of the leading credit rating agencies. John and Mary Anne will significantly enhance the depth and breadth of our research capacity."

He added: "They are both well respected across the industry and we are delighted they have decided to join FIIG."
