Evans Dixon's Alan Dixon has stepped down from the company's board and given up his investment committee positions.
In a statement on the ASX, the organisation said it was for personal reasons.
Dixon was the chief executive until mid-2019.
In their statement, Evans Dixon executive chair David Evans said, "The Board has acknowledged Alan's contribution as a Director and wished him well for his future endeavours."
Anthony Pascoe will replace Dixon on the board.
