Ethical Advisers Funds Management have brought Peter Evans aboard as a business development manager for their range of ethical investment SMAs.

Evans joins from BNP Paribas Asset Management, which he left in mid-2019 after more than nine years.

"I am delighted to welcome Peter to the team," said Ethical Funds Management director Terry Pinnell. "Peter's arrival is another important step towards the promotion of truly ethical funds to all advisory groups as a whole solution for their clients.

"Being an ethical fund of funds in Lonsec-rated investments allows financial planners to find ethical solutions to their clients investment portfolios across all asset classes and risk profiles.

"Advisory groups that fail to manage their ethical clients effectively, or that fail to adopt robust ethical policies and governance practices, risk losing those clients, because ethical clients are committed to making a difference. I strongly believe that if you do not have an true ethical option in your investment arsenal then you are going to miss out with long-term success and value creation for investors."

Before joining BNP Paribas, Evans held BDM roles at ABN AMRO and ING Asset Management.

Established in 2004 by financial planners Louise Edkins and Terry Pinnell, Ethical Advisers Funds Managment are dedicated to investing money ethically while still receiving a solid return.
