Erin Flaherty joins Future Fund Board

The Future Fund has announced the appointment of Erin Flaherty to its board for a period of five years, effective 3 April 2016.

Flaherty has experience in corporate governance, finance, infrastructure and law, including most recently as commercial manager and deputy chief executive at Reliance Rail.

She is currently an executive director at Infrastructure NSW and a member of the advisory boards for North West Rail, Sydney Metro and Sydney Light Rail.

Flaherty is joined at The Future Fund by Michael Wachtel, who was also appointed to the board in April.

Flaherty and Wachtel replace former board members, Carol Austin and Stephen Fitzgerald.
