Ausbil Investment Management has confirmed the appointment of Jan van der Schalk as an equities analyst with the firm, effective 31 July 2017.
In this role, van der Schalk he will specialise in the financials sector.
He was most recently at CLSA Australia where he was a senior analyst in ESG and diversified financials.
Joining van der Schalk at Ausbil Investment Management is former Australian Ethical portfolio manager, Mason Willoughby-Thomas, who will join as a portfolio manager for the Ausbil MicroCap Fund, and Arden Jennings, who will join as an equities analyst in the MicroCap team from Hunter Hall. Both Jennings and Willoughby-Thomas commence in their new roles in July 2017.
