Equip appoints Head of Technology

Equip has appointed Mary Nottle as head of technology to manage the implementation and integration of several digital transformation projects at the $7.5 billion fund.

In a statement, the fund said Nottle will be responsible for the deployment of a customer relationship management platform, redesign and installation of trustee office internal systems, the rollout of a new web marketing platform and the integration of these with Empirics analytics and the Mercer administration system.

Commenting on the projects and Nottle's appointment, Equip's acting chief executive officer Nick Vamvakas said:

"Systems integration and roll-out is not simply about technology. Many of these platforms bring with them the need for considerable change in the way we engage with members and ultimately how we personalise their contact with the fund.

"A big part of Mary's role is to therefore work with our leadership team to ensure that system transformation is supported by appropriate training and change management programs."

Nottle previously spent over sixteen years with General Electric, most recently as project manager, infrastructure services for the global GE Capital business.
