VicSuper has announced the departure of employer director, Craig Cook, effective July 2017.
Cook joined the board of the $19 billion fund in September 2012 and was formerly a director of the Rural Finance Corporate of Victoria, a principal at Craig Cook and Associates, and deputy chair of Burston Marstellar.
He has been replaced by Gabrielle Bell, who was nominated to the VicSuper board by the Victorian Public Sector Commission in July 2017.
