Elston expands distribution team

Elston Asset Management has recruited Megha Sharma from Vanguard where she worked as a client services executive.

Sharma joins Elston as senior distribution manager covering New South Wales and ACT.

Before working at Vanguard, she spent nearly four years at Morningstar as a business development manager, a wealth consultant at BT Financial Group and a customer service specialist at St George bank.

"It's a pivotal moment for us. We're looking back at how far we've come and looking forward to an even brighter future," said Elston's head of adviser services Mark Smith.

"Finding the right people and growing the team is important, and I'm thrilled to have Megha on board."

Sharma also sees the next ten years as a period of continued growth.

As a business development professional, she wants to strengthen the strong relationships Elston has created with advice firms in her region.

"Elston's managed account expertise and passion for delivering quality investment outcomes really resonated with me. I am delighted to be a part of a team that puts the end client at the centre of their philosophy and process,' she added.

"Elston has a great story to tell and I'm excited to be part of that story."

November marked the ten-year anniversary of the launch of Elsten's first managed account.
