Ellerston promotes portfolio manager

Ellerston Capital has promoted Fredy Hoh to portfolio manager. He takes over from Mary Manning, who has resigned from the organisation.

A spokesperson for the organisation said, "The Fund will continue to be managed in line with its current investment strategy, guidelines and integrated Environmental, Social and Governance approach. Mr Hoh will leverage the investment insight and resources of the existing Asia ex-Japan team, alongside the broader Ellerston investment teams."

Hoh was previously responsible for risk management and broad sector and country coverage. He joined Ellerston in 2017 as deputy portfolio manager for the Ellerston Asia and Ellerston India funds. Before joining Ellerston Capital, Hoh held roles with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Macquarie Capital, and EY.
