DomaCom CFO relinquishes role

Technology service provider DomaCom has announced that chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operations officer (COO), Ross Laidlaw, will relinquish the role of CFO, effective immediately.

Laidlaw is an executive director with the firm and will maintain both this role and his role as COO moving forward.

Succeeding him as CFO is company secretary, Philip Chard. Chard joined DomaCom in 2015 as financial controller and in February 2016 was appointed as company secretary. He will continue in this role as he steps into his new position.

Laidlaw has over 25 years' experience in the financial services industry and was previously the CEO for Skandia Platform for over eight years (1999 to 2008).
