Director, investment committee chair steps down from Tidswell

Stephen Miller will resign from the board of Tidswell, a Sargon subsidiary, at the end of February.

Financial Standard spoke with the organisation, who confirmed the planned departure.

"[This is] due to a re-ordering of his personal priorities and plans to be out of the country for extended periods," the spokesperson said. "He then agreed a transition period with the chair, with his resignation taking effect on 25 February 2020. The company is grateful to Stephen for his contribution."

The board will seek a replacement for Miller.

Miller is currently an advisor with GSFM, assisting the team in positioning their offerings in market. For more than 14 years, Miller was a managing director and head of Australian fixed income with Blackrock, winding up at the end of 2016. He also has experience at Bankers Trust and the Treasury.
