Dr Deborah Cole has joined the board of HESTA as an employer appointed director, replacing Prudence Power who has stepped down after five years of service. Dr Cole is the CEO of Dental Health Services Victoria and has 20 years' experience in senior executive roles in the health sector and local government. She is also a board director and treasurer of the Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association and a board director of Hessel Care Foundation.
