CTO joins Macrovue team

Online investment platform provider, Macrovue, has announced the appointment of Sriram Seshadri as its chief technology officer, effective 4 September 2017.

Seshadri joins Macrovue from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he was a consultant.

Previously, he was an associate director with Macquarie Group and a senior developer with Goldman Sachs, and has more than 20 years' experience building software for financial institutions.

Joining Seshadri at Macrovue is fellow new recruit, Maz Zaman, who has been appointed as head of sales.

Commenting on both appointments, Macrovue CEO, Sid Sahgal, said: "Sriram brings a very deep knowledge of international equity markets technology to the team, which will be invaluable as we scale up our operations. Together, Sriram and Maz bring great breadth and depth of talent and expertise to our executive team as we prepare to take Macrovue on the next phase of its global journey."
