CPA names Interim CEO

CPA Australia has announced the appointment of Adam Awty as interim CEO, effective June 2017.

He steps in to replace former CEO, Alex Malley, whose contract has been terminated following controversy surrounding both his remuneration and budget expenditure under his leadership.

Awty has spent 18 years with the organisation and was most recently the chief operating officer - commercial, a role he was appointed to in January 2012.
