Copia appoints former Zenith marketing head

Copia Investment Partners has announced the appointment of Anthony Pesutto as general manager, marketing, reporting to chief operating officer, Sam Cole.

In this Melbourne-based role, Pesutto will be responsible for all marketing and communications activities for the multi-boutique fund manager and its four investment partners, OC, Ralton, Vertium and Chester.

Pesutto, who has over 22 years' experience in the funds management industry, previously headed up marketing and communications at Zenith, and before that, was head of marketing at Legg Mason. He has also held both marketing and investment research roles at Mercer and Lonsec.

In welcoming him to Copia, Sam Cole said: "We're delighted to have someone of Anthony's calibre join our team. Anthony will help build Copia's profile and distribution footprint to Australian financial planners as we embark on our next phase of growth."
