Commonwealth Bank Group Super has appointed Poon Fletcher as a member representative director of its board, for a three-year term, effective 1 December 2018. She will also serve as a member of the board's risk and audit committee.
Fletcher has been an employee of the Commonwealth Bank Group (the group) since 2009 and is currently acting general manager, banking legal, group corporate affairs.
Prior to joining the group, Fletcher was a legal counsel within Westpac's banking products group and has also worked with legal firms Kemp Strang Lawyers (Sydney) and DLA Solicitors (UK).
Fletcher replaces Edmond U, who commenced as a member representative director on 10 December 2015 and departed on 30 November 2018.
