CFSGAM appoints Senior Advisor

Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) has announced the appointment of senior advisor Graham Dooley.

In this role Dooley will work closely with the investment team and focus on sourcing and executing investment opportunities, primarily in the water sector.

He has 20 years' experience in the public sector and 25 years' experience in the private sector, in water, electricity, bulk materials (grain) and railway infrastructure.

Prior to joining CFSGAM, he held non-executive roles with the Blue Sky Group, including chair of Water Utilities Australia Group. He was the managing director of United Utilities Australia from 1991-2007 and has been chair of the peak industry body, Australian Water Association. He is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Engineers.

Commenting on his appointment, CFSGAM partner infrastructure investments, Danny Latham said: "Graham's insights and experience are expected to further enhance delivery of strong investment outcomes for our clients."

Dooley said he is keen to bring his 40 years of experience in both the pubic and private sectors to the CFSGAM team.
