Client Relationship Manager departs Calastone Australia for global role

Global fund transaction network Calastone has announced that client relationship manager, Greg Whitaker, has taken on a new role as the firm's London-based client relationship director, effective May 2017.

In this role, Whitaker will be responsible for servicing the firm's portfolio of fund manager, registry, platform and custody clients.

Prior to joining Calastone in May 2016, Whitaker spent nine years at global bank HSBC where he worked in various custody operations, client services and business management roles.

His successor is former HSBC exec, Marsha Lee, who will be based in Calastone's Sydney office.

Commenting on the changes, Calastone's Australia managing director, Sarah Hayward, said: "We welcome Marsha to our team as we continue to build our business throughout Australia and New Zealand, and congratulate Greg on his new global role."
