Christian Super names Acting CEO

Christian Super has confirmed that chief investment officer, Tim Macready, will be stepping into the role of acting chief executive officer, following the recent departure of long-standing CEO Peter Murphy.

Macready sits on two denominational committees for the Presbyterian church and serves as a director on the Pioneers of Australia board.

A spokesperson for the fund said that the Christian Super board is preparing to commence the recruitment process to find a permanent replacement for Murphy.

Macready will maintain his responsibilities as chief investment officer during this time.
