The Fund Executives Association Ltd (FEAL) has announced the appointment of Ross Piper, CEO of Christian Super, to its board of directors.

Piper is joined by fellow new board appointee Graeme Arnott. Arnott fills a vacancy on the FEAL board, whereas Piper replaces Doug Carmichael, who has stepped down following his recent retirement from Commonwealth Bank Group Super.

Commenting on Piper's experience, in addition to his role as Christian Super CEO, Jane Perry, chair of FEAL, said: "Ross Piper has a long history of serving not-for-profit as well as corporate businesses. His career began working with indigenous communities and the mining sector - he went on to become Head of Corporate Risk for Macquarie Group before moving back to a not-for-profit as COO of World Vision Australia."

She added of both new appointees: "I feel very confident that Graeme and Ross will make a significant contribution as we pursue our vision of being the chosen provider of leadership development for today's executives and tomorrow's leaders."
