Chi-X adds product director from the ASX

Chi-X Australia has hired Oran D'Arcy as director of investment products.

D'Arcy joins from the ASX where he was the national business development manager for investment products.

Over the course of a 15-year career, D'Arcy has spent time in Europe with Depfa Bank and as an account manager with Macquarie Group. He's also held roles with Citibank and Merrill Lynch.

Chi-X Australia CEO Vic Jokovic said they were pleased to welcome D'Arcy to the team. "His deep knowledge of the investment landscape and client solutions strategy makes him a valuable addition to our growing investment products team."

In his new role, D'Arcy will look after Transferable Custody Receipts (TraCRs), warrants, and the expanding suite of Chi-X funds.

Cboe Global Markets is expected to complete its acquisition of the Chi-X group, including Chi-X Australia, in the coming months.
