Charter Pacific appoints Company Secretary to board

Diversified investment firm, Charter Pacific, has announced the appointment of Steven Cole as a director of its board, effective April 2017.

Cole, who will continue in his current role as Charter Pacific's company secretary, has 25 years' experience as both a company secretary and financial officer of listed and unlisted companies.

In a statement to the ASX, Charter Pacific said of Cole's experience: "He has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, management buy outs and cross border transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors. Mr Cole has extensive experience establishing new public companies, undertaking initial public offerings, public capital raisings and listings on the Australian Securities Exchange, and has been associated with the NASDAQ listing of Australian companies."

Cole replaces former board member, Peter Bradfield, who has retired after ten years of service.
