Chair of NAB to chair Wesfarmers

Michael Chaney will retire from the board of NAB at the end of 2015 and take up the role of chair at Wesfarmers, succeeding Dr Bob Every. Chaney, a former CEO of Wesfarmers, has served as chair of NAB since September 2005 and as a non-executive director since December 2004. He will join the Wesfarmers board on June 1, 2015 as chair-elect. Ken Henry has been announced as his successor at NAB.
