Colonial First State has hired former AMP Capital investment manager and Morningstar analyst Daniel Cheang. Cheang joins the portfolio management team lead by Peter Dymond.
Announcing the appointment on LinkedIn, CFS investments GM Scott Tully wrote, "Daniel's experience has been developed across a diverse range of investment organisations both in Australia and the UK.
"It is great to have Daniel as part of the team."
Cheang joined AMP Capital as a senior analyst in 2016 and was named investment manager in 2018. He's also held investment management and analyst roles with NRMA and BT Financial Group.
