CFS appoints Chief Member Outcomes Officer

Colonial First State has confirmed to Industry Moves that Todd Stevenson, the firm's former general manager, customer & marketing, has moved to a new position as chief member outcomes officer.

In this role, Stevenson "will focus on influencing member outcomes across Colonial First State and drive member centric initiatives," a spokesperson said. "In addition, [he] will be responsible for digital, the CFS data office and data strategy, and [the firm's] human centred design capability."

He will also retain responsibility for 'Customer' in the role, while Kelly Power, general manager product, will take responsibility for 'Marketing'.

Stevenson joined Colonial First State from Russell Investments in 2010 and served as head of customer marketing before his appointment to general manager in 2016.
