Australian Catholic Super names Head of Financial Advice

Australian Catholic Super has confirmed the appointment of Tim Poole as the fund's head of financial advice, effective December 2016.

Poole joined the fund in 2011 as a financial planner and in 2014 took on the role of financial planning team leader for a team of national advisers.

He has 20 years' industry experience and spent his early career working in both personal income tax and audit, qualifying as a chartered accountant.

Commenting on his appointment, Australian Catholic Super head of marketing & business development, Cameron Wood, said that the fund was re-structuring the financial advice team due to significant growth and that Poole was a "standout candidate" for this newly-created position.
