BTIM Company Secretary steps down

BT Investment Management (BTIM) has announced the departure of company secretary, Chris Millard, effective 24 April 2017.

Millard was appointed to the role in January 2008, having previously held the role of head of secretariat with BT Financial Group. Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer in private practice and in senior in-house counsel and company secretary roles.

In a statement to the ASX, BTIM thanked Millard for his service and contribution and announced that Joanne Hawkins will succeed him while also maintaining her current responsibilities as head of governance.
