Bravura COO APAC steps into new role

Financial software provider, Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura), has confirmed the appointment of Jason Tong to the role of director of business development, APAC, effective immediately.

In this role, Tong is responsible for sales across all of Bravura's software products in the Asia Pacific region.

Tong has 21 years' experience in software development and enterprise systems implementations, specifically within the financial services industry.

He was most recently the chief operating officer, APAC for Bravura. He joined in 2005 as part of the firm's acquisition of Tacit Group, where he was chief operating officer. Prior to that, he held a number of executive roles within Tacit Group, including running product development and opening Tacit Group's Australian operations.

Tong replaces Roland Slee, who recently departed from the role to explore other opportunities.
