First Super has appointed Michelle Boucher as its new deputy chief executive officer.

Boucher spent the last eight years with Cbus in a variety of senior leadership roles including group executive for member experience and people, technology, and enablement. She led the organisation's digital transformation and touched on internal communication and organisational design. Boucher has touched on many different aspects of the super industry during her career, having spent time with ESSSuper and State Trustees in business development and member relations roles.

First Super is an industry fund with links to the timber, pulp, and paper industries but is open to all Australians. They currently have more than 45,000 members with more than $3.4 billion FUM.
