A spokesperson for Franklin Templeton has confirmed that Andrew Sisson, managing director and chief investment officer of Balanced Equity Management, a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton, will depart his dual role on 1 January 2019, with lead analyst and investment manager for financials, Alastair Hunter, replacing him as CIO.
Sisson established Balanced Equity Management in 1988 and has over 40 years' investment management experience, including working as a portfolio manager for the National Mutual Life Association of Australasia.
