Avaloq appoints MD Australia

Fintech solutions provider Avaloq has appointed James Land as managing director, Australia.

Land, who previously held roles at Thomson Reuters, Nomura and Westpac, will report to Anantha Ayer, the newly-appointed general manager and head of Avaloq Australia.

In a statement, Jürg Hunziker, Avaloq Group CEO, said: "The appointments of Anantha and James reflect our deep commitment to the Australian market.
