AustralianSuper has confirmed the appointment of Rose Kerlin to the role of group executive, membership, effective 5 December 2016.
In this role, Kerlin is responsible for AustralianSuper's membership group, which manages relationships with businesses and unions, the Fund's insurance offer, and develops strategies to attract members to the fund.
Kerlin joined AustralianSuper in 2010, and as the state manager of Western Australia she oversaw the merger with Westscheme in 2011. In August 2013, she was promoted to the role of general manager growth before moving into her current position.
Prior to her time with AustralianSuper she was a national director at the Finance Sector Union of Australia.
Kerlin replaces Paul Schroder, who stepped into the role of group executive, engagement, advocacy and brand on 5 December 2016.
