Australian Catholic Superannuation appoints ESG Officer

Australian Catholic Superannuation and Retirement Fund has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Louise Bradshaw as the fund's first full-time ESG officer.

A spokesperson for the $9 billion fund said: "Australian Catholic Superannuation is already a signatory to UNPRI [UN Principles for Responsible Investment] and has one of the first Responsible Investment options. The fund is delighted to welcome Louise and looks forward to her taking our ESG initiatives to the next level."

Bradshaw, who will commence in the role on 14 October 2019, is currently the marketing and business development manager for Eaton Vance Australia, having joined the firm in 2013. Before this, she was head of consultant and client relations for Australia & New Zealand at T. Rowe Price, and previously served as the firm's head of European consultant relations, based in the UK.

Her successor at Eaton Vance is former Nomura Asset Management managing director Ty Thurgood.
