Ausbil promotes new MicroCap co-portfolio manager

Ausbil Investment Management has promoted Andrew Peros, its deputy head of equities research, to the role of co-portfolio manager for its Ausbil MicroCap and Australian SmallCap Fund.

He replaces Mason Willoughby-Thomas, who has left the organisation.

In a statement, Ausbil's head of distribution Mark Knight said, "Andrew will work alongside existing Co-Portfolio Manager, Arden Jennings and Equities Analyst Beyhan Irmako with continued oversight provided by John Grace, Ausbil's Co-Head of Equities."

Peros has been with Ausbil since 2017 as an analyst and was named deputy head of equities research in 2020. He previously spent several years with Credit Suisse as an equities analyst.
