Ausbil makes final hire for new global listed infrastructure strategy

Ausbil has confirmed the appointment of Natasha Thomas as the fourth and final member of the new Ausbil Global Listed Infrastructure team.

Commencing in July, Thomas will be responsible for energy & communications - infrastructure.

In welcoming her to the team, recently-appointed portfolio manager, Tim Humphreys, said: "Natasha is someone we have known for many years, and is one of the most knowledgable and respected US infrastructure analysts around."

He added: "Natasha has over 16 years of financial experience having worked in both New York and Sydney and brings a great wealth of experience and a fantastic track record of investing in Global Listed Infrastructure Stocks."

Along with Thomas and Humphreys, the team comprises co-portfolio manager & head of transportation, Jon Reyes, and head of utilities, Paul Johnston.

Before joining Ausbil, Thomas was based in Sydney and New York as the associate director, senior equities analyst for the Macquarie Global Listed Infrastructure Fund.
