AMP has announced the appointment of Jenny Fagg as its new chief risk officer, effective 9 February 2018.
Fagg has experience in financial services and risk management across leadership roles in Australia and internationally. Most recently, she was an executive vice president with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
Previously, Fagg had a 10-year career at ANZ, which included a period as chief executive officer of ANZ New Zealand. Previous roles with ANZ also included responsibility for risk management, consumer finance and retail distribution. Prior to this, she held roles with Citibank and KPMG.
At AMP, she will succeed Saskia Goedhart following a decision by Goedhart to return to Canada for family reasons.
Goedhart will remain as AMP's CRO until 8 February 2018 and Fagg will join on 17 January 2018 to ensure for a smooth transition.
