AMIST Chief Investment Officer to depart

James Thomas, CEO of the Australian Meat Industry Superannuation Trust (AMIST), has confirmed a recent media report that Megan Pham is departing the fund after five years as chief investment officer. Thomas said: "The trustee reviewed the operational needs of the business and came to the conclusion that the tasks being undertaken by the CIO could be done by other staff." He added: "The decision should not reflect poorly on Megan".
