Additional duties for MLC risk chief

MLC Australia's chief risk officer for advice, Peter Sutherland, has taken on additional duties following the departure of Julia Pryor. He is now the acting chief risk officer for MLC Wealth. He previously was the CRO for advice.

A spokesperson for MLC confirmed his appointment.

Sutherland has held a variety of senior risk roles in consumer-facing organisations including IAG, Commonwealth Bank, and QBE. He also spent more than a dozen years with PwC in Australia, the UK, the US, and New Zealand.
