What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

The investments and superannuation markets are constantly changing, creating many challenges and providing a very interesting and dynamic industry to work in. I am really looking forward to joining a strong company with a clear goal and working together to continue to build and grow the company.

How have your previous roles prepared you for this role?

Frontier is a great place to work. Over the nearly 11 years I was at Frontier, I had many opportunities to learn new things, including running major client teams and the debt and alternatives research team. This has given me great insight into how the markets, managers and clients operate, and has positioned me very well for this new challenge.

What do you think will be your biggest challenge in the first 12 months?

I suspect as in all new roles there will be many. This is part of the excitement; to try new try new things and to continue to challenge myself.

What is one of the best pieces of advice you've ever been given?

"Don't worry about things you can't change, and focus on those that you can." This, while a simple statement, really allows you to focus on what you can actively achieve.

Would you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert?

Probably more of an extrovert, but we all have moments where we can feel somewhat introverted! I love working with colleagues and talking to clients though, which are more extroverted characteristics.

Do you have a secret skill/hidden talent?

Unfortunately no!

Is there a particular charity or cause that you support?

The National Breast Cancer Foundation. They do some amazing work and provide support to many in the community.
