Zuper super

Zuper has launched a "crowd-powered" superannuation platform - called Zuper super.

Zuper says that members of the platform will be able to invest their super in global trends they are passionate about, vote on new investment options, remove investments in undesirable industries and fast track their careers and their finances through education programs.

“Zuper aims to empower the millions of young Australians who have been ignored by the traditional superannuation industry,” Zuper chief executive officer, Jessica Ellerm, said.

"Crowd-powered" refers to research commissioned by the company, based on a survey of more than 1,500 Australians during July, which Zuper used to back the launch.

Fees range between 0.99% and 1.18%, depending on the combination of investment options.
