WAM Global Limited

Wilson Asset Management has released the prospectus for its WAM Global Limited (ASX:WGB) listed investment company, which will invest in a portfolio of undervalued international growth companies.

The offer opened on 1 May, 2018 and the general offer is expected to close on 8 June 2018, with shares expected to begin trading on 22 June 2018.

"I believe WAM Global will deliver strong risk-adjusted returns derived from a high quality diversified portfolio of international equities. I will personally invest $5.5 million in the IPO, which will be subject to scale back should the offer be oversubscribed," chairman of Wilson Asset Management Geoff Wilson said in the introduction of the prospectus.

The company is seeking to raise no more than $550 million under the IPO.
