Perpetual Credit Income Trust set to list

Perpetual has raised the maximum $440 million for its Perpetual Credit Income Trust, a listed trust which will invest in a portfolio of diversified credit and fixed income assets.

The trust will aim to generate sustainable, regular income and will target a total return equal to the RBA cash rate plus 3.25 per cent per annum (net of fees) through the economic cycle.

The general offer closed two weeks earlier than the originally scheduled 18 April but had some capacity to accept oversubsciptions. The trust (proposed ASX code: PCI) listed on the 14 May 2019.
