iPartners Platform
iPartners Pty Ltd has launched an online investment platform (the Platform) enabling investors and those seeking capital to transact in an "efficient and transparent" manner.
The Platform provides investors with direct access to alternative investment opportunities that have traditionally been limited to institutional investors or specialised lenders.
According to iPartners, "the Platform enables those seeking aligned capital to reach out to investors by introducing opportunities for consideration. Through co-investing, investors are aligned on an equal footing with those leading an investment opportunity."
How it works
- Register - Investors will be classified as Wholesale, Pending Wholesale or Retail.
- Evaluate - Wholesale Investors can directly access key documents via the data room.
- Invest
The iPartners team consists of co-founders and joint managing directors, Rob Nankivell and Travis Miller; technology partner, Norman King; and Stephen Hawkins.
