360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Fund

360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Partners (360 CDIP) has launched a listed infrastructure fund - 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Fund - which invests in digital infrastructure assets.

"The digital revolution is creating a once in lifetime investment cycle in technology infrastructure assets to support the inexorable growth of cloud, Internet of Things and a hyper-connected world. In this new economy, data centres are the factories, and connectivity, the shipping lanes and highways," 360 CDIP managing director, David Yuile, says in the fund's product disclosure statement.

The fund will initially seek to invest in digital infrastructure assets in the Asia Pacific region but also has the ability to broaden the investment mandate globally. It has already secured three Initial assets worth approximately $55.0 million - a data centre in Perth and another in Guam plus an unsecured convertible note issued by an investor in a global data centre operator.

The fund has a management fee of 1.03 per cent plus a performance fee if the fund reaches certain benchmarks.
