Zurich Life & Investments adds head of customer and digital

Jacqui Lennon is set to join Zurich Life & Investments next year as its head of customer and digital.

An experienced leader in products and design, Lennon joins the organisation from Allianz Retire+ where she was the head of product and customer experience. She previously was the product executive for wealth management at Iress and held increasingly senior roles at Macquarie Group.

Also joining the firm is Kieran Ford, who will start as chief distribution officer at the end of November.

"Both Kieran and Jacqui have a reputation for collaboration and creativity," said Justin Delany, CEO of Zurich Life & Investments. "Their appointments, alongside those of our other executives and the distribution leaders we have in Nathan Taggart and Tim Atley, will support our commitment to partnership and adviser service."

Daniel Longden is set to start with the business as chief financial officer next week, along with a new head of strategy, Shaneen Marshal.
