Zurich appoints strategy head from TAL

Zurich Life & Insurance has appointed Shaneen Marshall as head of strategy.

Marshal most recently spent more than four years with TAL Australia in a variety of business integration and expansion roles, most recently as integration insurance business director. She started her career as a consulting actuary with PwC in her native South Africa.

Marshall is one of several executive appointments and promotions announced by Zurich, including Jacqui Lennon as head of customer and digital, Kieran Forde as chief distribution officer, and Daniel Longden as chief distribution officer.
